Good Ground started from a simple belief: that a neighborhood bakery and grocery should be a place you actually want to linger in — not just pass through.
We opened our doors on Main Street in Fort Myers with two goals: bake bread that tastes like bread is supposed to taste, and stock a shelf of everyday goods you can trust. That means sourdough that ferments long enough to earn its flavor, produce that arrives fresh, and pantry items chosen for quality rather than convenience.
Everything we sell is something we'd put on our own table. If it doesn't meet that bar, it doesn't make it to the shelf.
